We are so excited and honored to share we won Silver at the Ad Age Small Agency Awards, for Small Agency of the Year, Agency Culture. Our bread and butter is creating beautiful work backed by data, but we know how to have a great time doing it. This award highlights what excites our employees to come (or log on) to work everyday. This is more than happy hours and a dog-friendly office, this is where we align our values.
One of our company mantras is “bring your whole self to work.” To advocate a culture of transparency requires an acceptance of our employees, and an understanding that the best work is a product of authenticity, not a performance. We swiftly shifted to working remote in March of 2020, keeping the safety of our employees as a priority. Our culture stayed true, however, as we continued to focus on our diversity & inclusion efforts, which included multiple trainings on topics like Mental Health Awareness & Undermining White Supremacy in the Workplace. We also kept virtual lunch-dates, wine tasting, a sustainability challenge, baking sessions, book clubs and workout accountability groups active.
