"Work to bring a better user experience for everyone. Who are you excluding by not actively including them? Every business can think about this question, regardless of field. I think many plan for what is easiest to accommodate for, but not reality. Are you thinking about each person that will be using your product or service? Are you doing more than getting diverse hires in the door? Work to bring the best experience for all, whether it be employees or product users."
